This summer create a video game featuring your art at MAXT!
In Pixel Perfect we’ll create characters, backgrounds and other assets using real life art materials around the makerspace. We’ll sculpt, paint, draw, collage and even use our laser cutter and other tools to create.
MAXT staff will turn those sights and sounds into digital assets for your game. Then programmers from Shivoo Studios will teach you how to use Scratch to take your creations and build a side scrolling game from a template. You’ll leave with a game that you can keep on adding levels to as your skills grow.
On the final afternoon we’ll open the Pixel Perfect arcade for you and your families to play everyone’s games!
