The Makerspace hosts a wide range of classes, trainings, and events where members of our community can meet, learn, and have fun. From hands-on workshops in woodworking, electronics, and 3D printing to creative meetups and collaborative projects, there’s always something happening at MAXT.
Whether you're a beginner exploring a new skill or an experienced maker refining your craft, you will be able to find a welcoming environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and shared learning. If you make it, you can share it at MAXT — and inspire others to do the same.
Open Studios
Need some help in the shop or just to explore what MAXT has to offer? Come along to an Open Studio. These are times in the workshops when staff and volunteers are available to help with everything from project advice to training on equipment. These are free to members and students in ongoing related programs. $10 suggested donation for public access.
