MAXT is in need of an office manager to handle the many of the office tasks that keep MAXT running.  Its great for someone looking for some experience, a maker looking for extra income, or a retiree.

Are you organized?  Like to untie knots?  Solve puzzles?  Proactive? Also, looking for a part time job? You might be who we are looking for! 

MAXT is in need of an office manager to handle the many of the office tasks that keep MAXT running.  Duties include:

  • Bookkeeping via the glamerous virtual world of Quickbooks Online (experience nice but not required, we can train)
  • Managing MAXT documents, photos and files.
  • Membership management (its easier then you might thinks
  • Fundraising support (envelope stuffing skills required)

The job might be perfect for a young person looking for some office/admin experience, a maker looking for extra income, or a retiree looking for a low impact way to keep their mind fresh.

Requirements:

  • 12-15 hours a week (in office)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
